How conversation records are handled.

Professional Wellness Conversations only work when people know who can see what. Listen Deeply is built so that access follows the conversation, not the org chart.

Participant reflections and shared records belong to the conversation between the participant and their facilitator. Facilitators see the people they are assigned to. Authorised administrators have access within their own organisation only, and organisational boundaries are enforced by the system rather than by convention.

Nothing in Listen Deeply produces a wellness score, an appraisal record or a ranking of people. Patterns reported to leadership describe experience across a round, not individuals.
