Listen Deeply holds Professional Wellness Conversations: recurring one-to-one conversations between a person and a facilitator, built around a small, stable set of questions.
It is not a survey. Nobody is scored, ranked or diagnosed. The product records what people said, what was agreed, and what leadership decided to do about it.
The shape of the practice
A round opens.
One cycle of listening, with one conversation for each participant.
Each participant writes a reflection.
In their own time, in their own words, before the conversation.
The conversation happens.
A facilitator listens, and records only what is agreed.
Leadership reads what the round showed and responds.
What was heard, what is understood, and what is being done.
Roles are additive
You may be a participant, a facilitator, an administrator, or several of those at once. What you see in the product — and in this help centre — follows the roles you hold.
