Who sees what

Who sees my reflection?

Your facilitator reads it to prepare. It is not published to your organisation.

Who can see it

The facilitator assigned to your conversation reads your reflection in order to prepare for it.

Your reflection is not shown as a document to your organisation. What reaches organisational reading is patterns across many conversations, not your writing attributed to you.

Administrators hold responsibility for the organisation's record and can reach conversation material within it; they do not receive your reflection as a report about you.

What is shared deliberately

The shared record written at the end of the conversation is the part that is meant to be shared, and only after you have agreed it.
