Who sees what

Who sees organisational signals?

Patterns across many conversations, read by administrators.

What they are

An organisational signal is a pattern visible across several conversations. It exists at the level of the organisation or team, not the individual.

Who reads them

Administrators, through Round Intelligence and Organisation Intelligence. Where a signal is supported by specific recorded material, that evidence can be opened by the administrators who already hold access to it.

Signals never rank people or attach a score to anyone.
