What this page is for
Overview is your own page. Nothing organisation-wide lives here; everything on it is something you are personally holding.
It reads top to bottom in order of what needs you: the conversation you are in, then your follow-through, then your history, then — if you facilitate — the people you are listening to.

The greeting line
The navy band at the top says today's date and, underneath, the one sentence that matters most right now — your reflection is waiting, your conversation is ready, your record is being written up, or how many conversations you are holding as facilitator.
If it says nothing is open for you, that is accurate rather than an error. See Why is nothing waiting for me?
My conversation
The dominant surface on the page: your current conversation, the round it belongs to, its stage, when it is scheduled and when your reflection is due.
The gold-underlined link is the single next action, matched to the stage: write your reflection, review it, or read the shared record. If you have more than one conversation open, the others are listed underneath as plain lines.
Only one conversation is ever the featured one. The rest are listed beneath it so the page never asks you to choose what to do first.
My commitments
Commitments are the specific things you personally said you would do, recorded in the shared record of a conversation. They are gathered here from every conversation you have taken part in, so you never have to reopen an old record to find them.
The filters switch between open, in progress, overdue and complete. Each row shows what was agreed, where it came from and its status; Open commitment → expands the working detail directly beneath the row, where you can add an update, mark it in progress, or mark it complete.
The original wording can never be rewritten. That is deliberate: the record of what was agreed stays honest, and everything that can legitimately change — status, dates, updates — changes around it.

Leadership responses I own
This section only appears if leadership has named you as the owner of a response. A leadership response is not a commitment: a commitment is a promise you made in your own conversation, while a response is something the organisation decided to do after reading a whole round in Leadership Review.
Only active responses are listed — Planned, In progress or Continue listening. When one is completed or closed it leaves your Overview but stays permanently in the organisation's register with its history.
Open response → expands it in place. As the named owner you can record what has happened since and move the status forward. You cannot rewrite the organisational decision itself — the wording, response type and ownership stay with administrators.
If you hold both, the two sections sit one above the other and are never merged. They are different kinds of responsibility.

From your last conversation
A single line carrying forward the previous round: which round it was, when it happened, and how many commitments from it are still open. View shared record → opens what you and your facilitator agreed.
Your conversation history
Every completed conversation you have had, oldest work included, with its date and how many commitments came out of it. View record → opens the shared record for that conversation.
This is the longitudinal thread of your own practice. Nobody is scored against it.
People you listen to
Shown only if you facilitate. It lists the conversations assigned to you in the open round, each with the participant's name, the stage it has reached, its date, and the action it needs from you next — prepare, hold, or write up.
The line above the list tells you how many need attention now. When it says your listening queue is clear, there is nothing waiting on you.

Who can see this
Your Overview is yours alone. It only ever shows your own conversations, your own commitments, the leadership responses you personally own, and — if you facilitate — the conversations assigned to you.
Questions
- Why do I see both commitments and leadership responses?
- Because you hold both kinds of follow-through. Commitments come from your own conversations. Leadership responses come from Leadership Review and were assigned to you by an administrator.
- Where are the organisation's commitments and responses?
- In Organisation Intelligence → Follow-through, for administrators. Overview only ever shows your own.
