What is happening
Some questions are marked required in the question set. A reflection cannot be shared with your facilitator until each of those has an answer of the kind it asks for.
For a scale question that means choosing a number. Writing a note beside it is welcome, but it does not stand in for the number — the number is what can be read alongside everyone else's later.
How to finish it
Look for the message under the question.
It says exactly what is needed, such as choosing a number from 1 to 10.
On the review step, use the links to any outstanding questions.
Each link takes you straight to the question that is still open.
Answer them, then share.
Share with my facilitator becomes available once nothing required is outstanding.
You can still stop partway
Saving as a draft always works, whatever is unanswered. Nothing is lost by leaving and coming back; only sharing waits for the required answers.
Questions that are not required can be left blank. They are simply not discussed unless you raise them.
